Without exception everyone was very attentive, caring and communicated well. I was constantly monitored and any questions addressed thoroughly. It certainly exceeded my expectations.

I was highly impressed with the pre operative, post surgery and nursing care at 33 Grosvenor Place. Standards were exemplary. I would have no hesitation recommending the Cleveland Clinic to others and have done so already. Communication, My Chart etc have been excellent. Having been an inpatient in a NHS Hospital in June 2022 for three weeks the contrast is overwhelming. I want to thank the international team of nursing, specialist (CT, X-Ray, Physio etc) and physician care teams for their truly outstanding service.

There is one improvement you could make (that the call handlers agreed was a regular issue). Cleveland Clinic London in Portland Place was the address of the Consultation. The problem is that the address doesn’t exist! Cleveland Clinic, Portland Place does exist. Cleveland Clinic London , on Hyde Park Corner can easily be confused when looking at an email. I went to wrong address and literally had to run to make my appointment. It’s made even more confusing when I have had consultations at both addresses with the same consultant!!
